Cr Hogan says he will "once again ask him to reconsider his decision on not improving the services that this community deserves."
"The hospital is being underfunded. It's not going to be political but I will be fighting," Cr Hogan said.
"I will also discuss the amazing amount of capital that has been promised to all other hospitals all over the State in the lead-up to the election that makes our $20 million for Manning Hospital look like a drop in the ocean."
