As a present to herself, Mrs Napper chose to go sky-diving for her 80th birthday before poor weather conditions grounded her for nearly a year.
Now 81, Mrs Napper took to the sky before free-falling for 3000 feet.
"The whole experience was just absolutely incredible," Mrs Napper said.
"The chute flew open and I was told to take the controls and we began to spin and spin around."
The adventurous grandmother of three celebrated in style with a champagne lunch to cap off her skydive.
Pamela Price-Besold coordinates the Adelaide Tandem Skydiving program that visits rural country regions to give locals a chance to try something new.
"It can be so expensive to try these things overseas and people often can't afford it," Mrs Price-Besold said.
"This way I can assist any one in ticking something off their bucket list."
