The two Bishop Tyrell residents celebrated on Tuesday, November 25 with delightful music and a cake.
Enid Bagnall was born in Goulburn as the middle child of four sisters. Living in Mascot and Botany, Enid relocated to Taree three years ago.
Described as "strong willed and independent" by her sons, Enid was still mowing the lawn in her 80s. She would even walk the trip from Sylvania to Miranda Fair. She had three sons Noel, Peter and Brian, to her husband Jack Bagnall. She has eight grand children and 13 great grand children.
Audrey Elliott, originally from Dubbo, moved to Taree three years ago from Sydney.
She is a dedicated member and former president of the Country Women's Association, and still attends meetings every Wednesday. She was even on the Royal Show committee, making their popular scones.
Her first husband Jack Elliott, heroically fought as an intelligence officer, in World War II, but sadly passed away at Changi.
She had two sons to Jack, Richard and Peter Elliott, who her second husband Charles Wagner, helped her to raise.
She also has four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and she can name them all.
