Kevin Heaslip has taken over as president with Kim White the secretary and Linday Walsh the treasurer.
There were 25 at the meeting and all those in attendance nominated for the committee.
Danny Russell is re-signed as first grade captain-coach. He took the Pirates to the preliminary final where they were beaten by a point by eventual premiers, Macleay Valley.
Shane Glass is the reserve grade coach with Jamie Moorehead in charge of the under 18s. Jake Wheeler will coach the league tag side.
Old Bar made the semi-finals in all grades this year.
Meanwhile a former Port Stephens Sharks front rower Will Clarke will return home to play with the Taree City Bulls in next season's Group Three Rugby League competition.
Clarke is a Taree Panthers junior who spent some time in the Newcastle Knights system before turning out for the Sharks in the Newcastle Rugby League competition, where he played first grade.
He'll be joined by a former State schoolboy representative front rower, Thomas Berry, who has also signed with the Bulls. A club junior, Berry played some first grade with the Bulls while still eligible for under 18s before leaving the area to attend university.
Ex-Old Bar players, brothers Paul and Jye Campbell have also signed with the club.
Mal Dixon was returned unopposed as president at the club's annual meeting held at the Royal Hotel.
This is his second term. The executive of treasuer Helen Jacklin, vice president Troy Betts and secretary Taryn Dixon were also returned.
Mr Dixon said the majority of last season's first grade squad have committed for next year.
"Things are looking positive for next year. We had a good attendance at our annual meeting and all our positions have been filled without any problems,'' he added.
He said more than 20 people attended the annual meeting.
The Bulls had a disappointing year in 2014, finishing last in first grade. The league tag was the only grade to make the semi-finals.
The club previously announced that Paul Northam and Todd Bridge would coach the first grade side with Shawn Burns in charge of reserve grade, Phil Adamson under 18s and Troy Betts league tag. Bridge last played for the club in 2013 and he will captain the first grade side.
The Group Three annual meeting will be held on Sunday November 16 at the Wingham Services Club.
