This follows the side's win in the Hunter zone championship.
All eight zone winners will be involved in the finals.
Chatham has so far beaten Taree West, Wingham Brush, Forster, Anna Bay, Waratah and Caves Beach to make the finals.
This is the school's best performance in the event and also the first time Chatham has won a Hunter championship.
Heidi Anderson is the coach and teams members are Charli Muir (captain), Kasey Muir, Kira Morris, Rachel Noonan, Lizzy Saunders, Jordan Moscott, Kalani Cross, Ashlee Smith and Jade Fowles.
The majority of team members play in the Taree junior competitions at Taree Recreation Centre on Monday afternoons.
