In August, Natesha - known as Tesha to those close to her - and her family were given the devastating news of her diagnosis with the rare and highly aggressive abnormal growth of tissue which forms in the nasal cavity.
Fewer than 100 patients have ever been diagnosed and, at just 14, Tesha is the youngest reported patient worldwide.
On August 21, she underwent a 14-hour operation that included the removal of an eye.
Sadly, earlier this month, dad Darren and stepmum Krystell McArdle, were told the cancer had returned, bigger and more aggressively, and that Tesha will not be here for Christmas.
She and the family are at Bear Cottage Manly, the only children's hospice in NSW.
On Tuesday, family friend Jason Newall from Damage Smash Repairs spray painted a breakwall rock for Tesha.
Friends have asked the community to take a selfie at the rock and post it to Facebook with #lovenatesha
To help the McArdle's financially while they take leave from work to enjoy time with their daughter while she is still able, $3 purple wrist bands featuring lines from Tesha's favourite song Teenage Dream by Katy Perry - No regrets just love - Never look back - Love Natesha, are available from Michel's Patisserie Settlement City, Hastings Hotel Wauchope and Classic Caf in the Hay Street forecourt.
Pink and purple heart sticker sets are also available for car windows at $5. Donations can be made at Holiday Coast Credit Union reference Team Tesha BSB 802214 - Account number 72342
Family friend Leanne Newell said the McArdle's are completely overwhelmed with the love and support the Port Macquarie community has already shown their beloved daughter.
