The Lakes Way at Rainbow Flat and Taree's Wingham Road have been named in the top five of the North Coast's worst roads, according to Australia's largest road survey - the National Roads and Motorists' Association's Seeing Red on Roads campaign.
The Lakes Way at Rainbow Flat came in at number three on the list, with Taree's Wingham Road at number five.
The Pacific Highway at Coffs Harbour topped the list of worst roads in the North Coast, with Bucketts Way at Allworth second and Thora's Waterfall Way coming in at number four.
The Pacific Highway at Coffs Harbour also topped the top 10 list as the worst road in NSW.
Over 12,000 motorists voted for the worst section of road across NSW and the ACT.
