The 2014 Mid North Coast Prospectus is a tool for every business and organisation to better understand their region, featuring up to date research on our top industries, growth areas and competitive advantages.
This free publication is available as an interactive flipbook and a download from the RDA Mid North Coast website. The theme of the prospectus is the Mid North Coast "connected": connected to growth; connected to opportunity; and connected to the world.
Showcasing the Mid North Coast as a connected economy is the best way to demonstrate the vast array of opportunities on offer to potential investors and businesses looking to relocate here. With a Gross Regional Product of $11.25 billion; a workforce of 79,000; export growth of 7.1 per cent per annum; and 4.9 million visitors annually, our region has a lot to offer.
RDA MNC also featured a number of case studies of local champions across the region, such as Edstein Creative Stone and Honeycomb Valley Farm.
Local organisations will be able to use the prospectus to augment their own promotional activities by showing the investment potential of the region they operate in. To maximise its impact, RDA MNC is asking everyone to share the prospectus with their networks and on social media. View the Mid North Coast Prospectus by visiting www.rdamnc.org.au. The role of Regional Development Australia Mid North Coast (RDAMNC) is to inform all levels of government and the community as a whole about issues that affect the ongoing development of the Mid North Coast region; and to help facilitate positive change. The Mid North Coast covers the areas of Greater Taree, Port Macquarie-Hastings, Kempsey, Nambucca, Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and Lord Howe Island.
RDA Mid North Coast is a joint Australian Government and NSW State initiative.
