CHATHAM Public School students Jordan Moscatt and Kalani Cross were members of the NSW team that won the Australian PSSA hockey championship in Hobart.

NSW went through the tournament undefeated. The Blues downed Western Australia 2-1, Queensland 1-0, South Australia 5-0, Tasmania 4-0, Victoria 1-0 before finishing with an emphatic 7-0 result over ACT.
Both girls played either defender or sweeper and agreed the championship was a great experience.
They said the match against Victoria was the toughest.
"It was very intense,'' they agreed, with NSW scoring the winning goal deep into the second half.
They described the facilities as excellent, with games played on water based synthetic fields.
Team members were in Hobart for four days, the trip including some sight seeing.
Jordan and Kalani gained selection in the NSW side after representing Hunter in the State championships.
Hunter was unbeaten until the final but went down to Polding 1-0.
