The June 18 meeting of council required the remaining eight councillors to decide who would take on the commitment of working on the vacated positions on the Event Sponsorship Committee, the General Manager's Performance Review Panel, Greater Taree Community Safety Steering Committee and Manning Estuary and Catchment Advisory Committee and Manning Valley Tourism Advisory Committee.

Cr Epov attended the meeting which saw Cr Trent Jennison and Cr David West appointed to the event sponsorship committee; Cr Kathryn Bell appointed to the General Manager's Performance Review Panel; Cr David West appointed to the Greater Taree Community Safety Steering Committee; Cr Robyn Jenkins appointed to the Manning Estuary and Catchment Advisory Committee and Cr David West appointed as chair of that committee; and finally Cr Kathryn Bell was appointed as chair of the Manning Valley Tourism Advisory Committee with Cr Alan Tickle also appointed and Cr Trent Jennison being the alternate.

The new appointments reveal who sits on which committee:

* Cr David West works on nine and is listed as an alternate on one;

* Cr Alan Tickle works on seven;

* Cr Kathryn Bell works on five and is listed as an alternate on two;

* Cr Trent Jennison works on five and is listed as an alternate on one;

* Cr Robyn Jenkins works on five and is listed as an alternate on one;

* Cr David Keegan works on four and is listed as an alternate on one, and

* Cr Brad Christensen works on four.
