Rally call to motorcyclists to raise cash for sporting clubs

JUNIOR sporting clubs in Wingham are set to benefit from the Rotary Club of Wingham Charity Motorcycle Bike Ride.

Tony Love is working to rally more than 140 riders to register for the event on Sunday May 25 and hopes to raise "a couple of thousand dollars".

The ride route is Wingham, Gloucester, Stroud, Bulahdelah, Nabiac and Krambach and the registration cost is $40 per rider and $20 pillion.

Tony says 'smoko' will be at Stroud and lunch at Krambach with prizes up to the value of $500 on offer during the day.

May 21 is the deadline for registrations and forms can be collected from Tony or Camden Haven Motorcycles, Fine Line Motorcycles, Huett's Mechanical, Mud and Tar Motorcycles, Taree Motorcycles, Port Macquarie Motorcycles, Rock Motorcycles, North Coast V-Twins and Sunne Printing.
