This will be open to anyone who was in any way involved with the competition that ran from 1977 to 1994. Clubs that took part in the Saturday League at various times included South Taree, Old Bar Pirates, Wingham Hotel, Combined Lakes, Lower Manning (Harrington), Cundletown, Wallamba, Gloucester, Camden Haven, Pacific Palms, Unirivers (Coopernook-John's River) while Port Boardriders also played in the early years.
Race club CEO Brian Leggett said flyers have been sent to hotels that were the home bases of the clubs with information supplied.
Those attending will be asked to gather at the Cooplacurripa Bar at the track from 11am.
"We thought that it being a Saturday meeting it would be fitting to have a reunion of the Saturday League,'' Mr Leggatt said.
The last Saturday League grand final was played in 1994 when Old Bar beat Cundletown at the Jack Neal Oval.
This was Old Bar's first and only year in the competition.
The following season the Saturday League clubs merged with southern Group Three clubs to form the new Group Three first division.
Old Bar is the only Saturday League club still functioning.
Mr Leggatt said it will be a busy day with a number of other activities to raise money for the Manning Valley branch of Can Assist.
The club will also have seven local races up for decision starting at 12.02.
He can be contacted at 6552 1183 for any further information.
