The match will be played at Wingham.
Port Saints return to the premier league this year after winning a promotion/relegation game against Tuncurry-Forster last season. They'll face defending champions Macleay Valley in the first round.
In other first round matches Old Bar will host Camden Haven while Port FC meet Port United and Kempsey Saints clash with Wallis Lake.
John Bevitt will again coach Wingham.
This will be the club's third season in the premier league.
Josh Ferris has charge of Taree Wildcats.
After winning the premiership in 2012, the Wildcats were beaten in the elimination semi-final last year.
Paul Ivers is in charge of Old Bar. The Barbarians had a difficult season in 2013, playing the majority of first round games away from home while work was completed at their new headquarters at the Trad Complex.
