This follows the last round loss to Hastings.
Manning and Macleay have finished on the same point and Hastings' final opponents will be determined on run rates.
Hastings lost seven wickets in overhauling Manning's score of 166 in the last match. Manning captain Ricky Campbell called correctly at the toss and elected to bat on the Laurieton Oval wicket.
However, the batsmen were generally disappointing, with most making starts but no-one going onto make a match defining score. Ben Cole with 48 led the way.
Former Manning skipper Danial Stone took 3/45 for Hastings.
Hastings slumped to be 4/55 in the run chase however, eventually hit the winning runs in the 34th over.
