Country Rugby League's boundaries committee made the decision yesterday.
This means there will be nine clubs in four grades playing in Group Three in 2014.
Representatives from the Camden Haven and Harrington clubs, Group Three and the Hastings League met earlier this week. The meeting was convened and chaired by regional manager Kevin Hill.
CRL chief executive officer Terry Quinn said in a release:
"The executive committee of the Country Rugby League has met, acting as the boundaries and competitions committee of CRL, to discuss Group Three's decision to not allow Camden Haven RL to participate in the Group Three competition in 2014.
"Following the outcomes of a meeting between Group Three, Hastings League, Camden Haven and CRL regional manager for the North Coast, Kevin Hill - it is the decision of the boundaries committee that Camden Haven be accepted into the Group 3 competition for the 2014 season.
It is also the decision of the boundariescCommittee that a portability agreement be implemented with the surrounding Hastings League clubs of Camden Haven.
"The decision of the CRL boundaries and competitions committee is final.''
