Up to 40 people attended and the promotion was described as ‘awesome’ by a club official.
He said the riders were able to test themselves on the course.
“We usually do this earlier in the year but we were rebuilding our track this year so we couldn’t,’’ the official explained.
“Still, we were happy with the way things went and we’ll do it again next year.’’
The club trains every Saturday afternoon at the Urara Lane track.
