* Delivering improved organics processing at the Bucketts Way Landfill using Mobile Aerated Floor technology.
* Developing an eBook collection within Library services.
* Indigenous and youth initiatives at the Manning Entertainment Centre.
* A new program of arts marketing and outdoor functions at the Manning Regional Art Gallery.
* Review of infrastructure processes to ensure work is carried out to contemporary standards.
* A trial of new methods and materials to improve the life of unsealed roads.
* Investment in additional plant and management of fleet and plant equipment to ensure the effectiveness of work crews.
* Opening of Cattai Wetlands to the public on a permanent basis.
* Construction of an Aviation Business Park at Taree Regional Airport.
