FORMER world champions Troy Bayliss and Jason Crump will be the star attractions at Taree Motor Cycle Club's bumper twilight meeting to be conducted at the Old Bar Roadside Circuit tomorrow.
Bayliss is a three time winner of the World Superbikes while Crump has won the world speedway championship on three occasions.
Both will be riding at the Troy Bayliss Classic next January. Tomorrow's meeting is a qualifier for the classic.
"They'll be using this as a shakedown,'' Taree Motor Cycle Club vice president, Craig Nelson said.
"It's awesome to have them riding this weekend.''
The club has received 200 entries, equating to around 130 riders for tomorrow.
Practice will start at 11am with racing from around 11.30am to 12.30pm. The program will continue into the night and should finish around 9.30pm.
The top 10 riders in each class will qualify to race on Bayliss Classic day.
"We have strong entries in each class starting with 18 in the pee wees,'' Nelson said.
"We'll have big grids for each class.
" It's going to be a huge day.''
