In presenting his president's report to the annual general meeting, he said it was great the society has some new members who are bringing new ideas.
He enjoys the meetings and thanked the committee for giving him the opportunity to be president.
Tim also made comment on the Manning Entertainment Centre's 25th anniversary concert, and his delight that former eisteddfod competitors Natalie Alexopoulos and Nikki Bennett performed.
He said that each section of the eisteddfod ran smoothly.
Valerie Audet was elected as vice-president, Margaret Rogers OAM as minutes and correspondence secretary and publicity officer, Darlene McGuire as assistant secretary and Rosemary Latimore as treasurer.
Grand concert co-ordinator is Gillian Herbert, with the help of Christine Duncan and Joyce Bradney, while the program book convenor is Julie Kinnear.
Advertising and catering will be carried out by Cheryl Earley and Darlene McGuire.
Section co-ordinators for 2014 are piano - Don Secomb and Eve Martin, vocal - Deirdre Sutherland; choirs - Valerie Audet and Merri Rumble, dance - Margaret Rogers; Julie Edwards and Darlene McGuire.
Co-ordinators for speech and drama, early childhood and instrumental and electronic are still to be decided.
The patrons of the society are mayor Paul Hogan and the superintendent for schools.
Vice-patrons are Barbara Drury, Kathryn Tjiong, Richard Tjiong, Toni Bell, Mike Collins, Robert Weller, Jeremy Miller and Chris Tippett.
Secretary Margaret Rogers said that this year's vocal adjudicator said we are the most organised eisteddfod she has been to.
"People also were impressed with the friendliness and kindness of our committee as we made everyone welcome.
"People were also impressed with our Manning Entertainment Centre."
