MEAGHAN Lucas and her car, a 1994 Rover Mini, took out the prestigious award for "Best British Car on Display" last Saturday at the Hunter Region All British Display Day in Foreshore Park, Newcastle.

More than 200 cars were on display from 23 car clubs around NSW.
This was the top award given out on the day.
Meaghan and husband, James are very proud Taree residents and members of the Taree Historic Motor Club and the Mini Car Club of NSW.
Meaghan was overwhelmed and completely surprised by the win as there were so many beautiful cars on display.
