Shane Nash was returned as president with Craig Rees secretary; Merv Emerton treasurer; Dave Burley senior vice president; Tim Rees assistant secretary and Andrew Dack junior vice president.
Two new positions were created with Matt Kennewell in charge of IT and My Cricket and Gordon Cross development and expansion.
Craig Rees said a number of newcomers have nominated for sub committees.
He took on the secretary's role for the first time last season.
"In hindsight I must put my hand up for some errors that occurred, mainly with the timing of when clubs were penalised points for not attending meetings as per the rules,'' he said.
"I was chasing my tail a little last year but being a lot more experienced in the job I believe this year will see the development of a five and 10 year vision for cricket in the area supported by a business plan.''
Manning Cricket's new season will start in October.
