'Songwriters Unplugged' will be held in the centre's foyer on Thursday July 18.
"Songwriting talent is very strong in the Manning Valley and technology now makes it so easy to record your own material and get it out through YouTube and other avenues," explained centre manager Jeremy Miller.
"However, you just can't beat the experience of playing your music in front of a live audience.
"The Manning Entertainment Centre has always supported local performers perfecting their craft and we're thrilled to be presenting this concert as part of our 25th anniversary celebrations."
The concert will feature a wide variety of songs written for voice and instruments including guitar, piano, mandolin, violin, ukulele, flute and accordion.
The list of performers includes well-known local musicians such as Matt Zarb (pictured), Jay Davis, Jake Davey, The Workshop and many more.
The concert starts at 7pm and is an all-ages event.
Tickets are $10, available from the Manning Entertainment Centre's website or from Movies, Games and More in Victoria Street, Taree.
