Time to turn the clocks
THE new format for daylight savings time kicks in this weekend, with clocks being turned forward one hour early Sunday morning.
Daylight saving has been extended from this summer, having commenced at the end of October in previous years.
The official starting time is 2am Sunday, so Manning residents should turn their clocks forward one hour before they go to bed on Saturday night.
Daylight saving will be in force until April 5 next year.
