Taree High School hall turned into a pulsating rock venue on Friday when the school played host to Stone Parade and the Rock the Schools program.

The program enables students to see 'inside' the music industry, through workshops in audio, lighting, stage set-up and music business tips.

The guest band for this year's program, Stone Parade, performed a powerhouse concert and afterwards spoke to selected students about life in the music industry.
